Why I Chose This Path

There was a point where I realized I wasnโ€™t really in my life.

I was moving through itโ€ฆ checking boxes, responding to messages, getting things done. On paper, everything looked full. But inside, it felt like I was always slightly behind: always catching up, always juggling, always stretching myself thin just to keep everything moving.

And the part that bothered me most wasnโ€™t that I was busy.

It was that I wasnโ€™t present.

The moment it started to shift

I donโ€™t think it was one big wake-up call. It was more like a slow build of small moments that started to feel too heavy to ignore.

Mornings that felt rushed before the day even began.
Conversations I half-listened to while thinking about everything I still needed to do.
Time with my kids where I was physically there, but mentally somewhere else.

And underneath all of that was this quiet thought I couldnโ€™t shake:

Is this really what I want my days to feel like?

What I actually wanted

The truth is, I didnโ€™t want more hustle. I didnโ€™t want more pressure. I didnโ€™t want to constantly feel like I was one step behind my own life.

I wanted something simpler, but not easy to come by:

I wanted time freedom.
I wanted margin in my days.
I wanted to be home more without feeling like everything else was falling apart.

But even more than that… I wanted presence.

To be able to sit on the floor with my kids without my mind racing through my to-do list.
To work in a way that fits into my life instead of taking it over.
To stop constantly waiting for โ€œthings to slow downโ€ and actually create a life that already felt slower.

Why I chose this path

Thatโ€™s what led me here.

Not because I had it all figured out. Not because it was the easiest option. But because I knew I couldnโ€™t keep living in a way that constantly pulled me away from the life I actually wanted to experience.

I chose a path that gave me the opportunity to build differently. To create income in a way that supports my life instead of consuming it. To have more flexibility with my time. To be more available for the moments that matter most.

And I wonโ€™t pretend itโ€™s always perfectly balanced because itโ€™s not.

But thereโ€™s a different kind of peace that comes with knowing youโ€™re building toward something that aligns with your values instead of just filling up your calendar.

What Iโ€™ve learned

Time freedom isnโ€™t just about having โ€œextra time.โ€

Itโ€™s about being able to live your life while youโ€™re living it.

Itโ€™s answering less from urgency and more from intention. Itโ€™s choosing presence over productivity when it matters. Itโ€™s realizing that success means very little if you never actually get to experience your own life.

Where I am now

Iโ€™m still building. Still learning. Still adjusting.

But Iโ€™m also more present than I used to be. More grounded in my days. More aware of what Iโ€™m creating and why Iโ€™m creating it.

And every time I find myself sitting in a quiet moment with my kids, or working in a way that doesnโ€™t take me away from everything else I care about, Iโ€™m reminded:

This is why I chose this path.

Not for a perfect life.

But for a present one.

Wellness doesnโ€™t have to be loud or complicated to be powerful

Somewhere along the way, wellness gotโ€ฆ noisy.

It started to look like perfectly color-coded routines, 5 a.m. wakeups, hour-long workouts, elaborate meal prep, and a cabinet full of supplements lined up like trophies. And if you couldnโ€™t do all of that consistently? It felt like you were somehow doing it wrong.

But real life, especially life as a mom, a busy woman, a human with responsibilities and emotions and limited energy, is rarely quiet enough for that kind of โ€œperfectโ€ wellness.

And the truth is:
Wellness doesnโ€™t have to be loud or complicated to be powerful.

In fact, the most powerful changes Iโ€™ve experienced in my own health have been the quiet ones. The small, repeatable choices that donโ€™t look impressive on social media but change how I feel day after day.

Itโ€™s the glass of water before coffee.
The 10-minute walk outside with the kids.
The supplements I take even on messy mornings.
The earlier bedtime instead of one more scroll.
The deep breath before responding when Iโ€™m overstimulated.

None of those things are flashy.
But they are deeply effective.

We often underestimate the impact of simple habits because they donโ€™t give us an immediate, dramatic result. They donโ€™t feel like a huge transformation in the moment. But over time? They build resilience. They steady our mood. They support our hormones, our sleep, our energy, and even our patience with the people we love most.

And honestly, that kind of steady change is what most of us actually need.

Not more intensity.
Not more pressure.
Not more complicated plans we canโ€™t sustain.

Just consistent, gentle support for our bodies and minds.

Iโ€™ve learned that wellness can look like doing the basics well… most of the time. Itโ€™s not about perfection. Itโ€™s about showing up in small ways that add up. Especially in seasons of life that are full, loud, and unpredictable (hello, motherhood).

Some days my wellness routine is strong and structured.
Other days itโ€™s the bare minimum.
Both still count.

Because the power isnโ€™t in one perfect day. Itโ€™s in the quiet repetition over weeks, months, and years.

Itโ€™s choosing nourishment even when life feels chaotic.
Itโ€™s supporting your body even when youโ€™re tired.
Itโ€™s caring for your mental health in ways no one else sees.

These quiet choices create a ripple effect. Better sleep leads to steadier moods. Steadier moods lead to more patience. More patience changes the atmosphere of our homes. And suddenly, the โ€œlittleโ€ things donโ€™t feel so little anymore.

They become foundational.

If youโ€™ve ever felt like youโ€™re not doing enough because your routine isnโ€™t elaborate or aesthetic or perfectly consistent, I want you to know this: simple does not mean insignificant. Gentle does not mean ineffective. Quiet does not mean weak.

Sometimes the most powerful wellness routines are the ones that fit seamlessly into real life. The ones that donโ€™t require a full life overhaul. The ones you can return to again and again, even after a hard week or a disrupted season.

Because sustainable wellness isnโ€™t built on intensity. Itโ€™s built on grace, consistency, and small acts of care that honor where you are right now.

So maybe powerful wellness today looks like:

  • Drinking your water
  • Taking your supplements
  • Stepping outside for fresh air
  • Eating a nourishing meal
  • Going to bed a little earlier
  • Saying no to one thing that drains you

Thatโ€™s not small. Thatโ€™s powerful.

You donโ€™t need a louder routine.
You donโ€™t need a more complicated plan.
You donโ€™t need to overhaul your entire life overnight.

You just need a few simple, supportive rhythms you can come back to on both the good days and the messy ones.

Because wellness that fits your real life?
Thatโ€™s the kind that actually lasts.

And if you feel like you still need help with where to start, I’ve created a 5 Daily Wellness Anchors guide to give you the direction you may be needing. To grab it go here: https://boards.com/a/rlJn5.0mDnMv and drop your info!

The Invisible Load No One Sees

How Iโ€™m reducing stress & learning to regulate my emotions

If youโ€™re a mom, you already know about the invisible load… the one no one else sees but you feel in your bones every single day.

Itโ€™s the mental checklist running nonstop in the back of your mind:
Snacks packed? Did I switch the laundry? Why is the dog limping? Whoโ€™s out of socks? Donโ€™t forget to RSVP. Add yogurt to the grocery list. Oh, and be patient, be present, be calmโ€ฆ

Itโ€™s the weight of everyone elseโ€™s needs stacking on top of your own, until suddenly you realizeโ€ฆ you havenโ€™t taken a full breath all day.

For a long time, I thought stress was just โ€œpart of the jobโ€ and emotional overwhelm was normal. I told myself to just push through, but pushing didnโ€™t make me stronger. It made me exhausted, anxious, reactive, and stuck in a cycle I hated.

The truth?
I wasnโ€™t okay.
And that invisible load was crushing me.

What Finally Changed

One night, after snapping at my kids again, I sat on the edge of my bed and realized something had to shift. Not in a โ€œburn everything down and start overโ€ wayโ€ฆ but in a small, steady โ€œI canโ€™t keep white-knuckling my lifeโ€ way.

So I started making changes: simple, doable shifts that began rewiring how I show up, how I think, and how I care for myself.

Hereโ€™s what has truly helped lower my stress and regulate my emotions:

1. I Slowed My Mornings Down

No more waking up in chaos.
Now I start with coffee, quiet, and intention.
A few pages of prayer or Scripture.
Coffee + breathing.
Just being before I rush into doing.

That alone shifted the tone of my whole day.

2. I Nourish My Body (So My Brain Can Function)

This one surprised me.

I learned that stress is harder to manage when your nervous system is running on fumes.
Thatโ€™s when I started supporting my body with calm-supporting tools:
โœ”๏ธ Collagen + CBG in my morning drink
โœ”๏ธ Daily cannabinoids for emotional balance
โœ”๏ธ Functional mushrooms for focus + resilience
โœ”๏ธ Enough water + electrolytes so my system isnโ€™t running dry

The difference in my mood and patience was almost immediate.
A nourished body produces a calmer, more regulated mind.

3. I Pay Attention to My Triggers Instead of Hiding From Them

Instead of stuffing emotions down, I started noticing them.

When I feel my chest tighten or my fuse shortening, I pause.
I breathe.
I ask: Whatโ€™s really going on? What do I need right now?

It sounds simple, but this one practice has saved me from so many emotional spirals.

4. I Stopped Carrying It All Alone

Iโ€™m learning to ask for help.
Iโ€™m delegating.
Iโ€™m telling my family what I need instead of assuming they should already know.

And most shockingly?
They actually want to help.
I just needed to let them.

5. I Built Tiny Moments of Comfort Into My Day

I used to think self-care meant spa days.
Nope.
Self-care is the small things that tell your nervous system, youโ€™re safe.

A walk outside.
Ten minutes with my LumeBox.
Sitting in the car before going inside.
Saying โ€œnoโ€ without apologizing.

Little things add up to big emotional shifts.

Iโ€™m Not Perfect Now, But Iโ€™m Present

The invisible load hasnโ€™t disappeared.
But now? It doesnโ€™t crush me.

Iโ€™m more regulated, more patient, more aware, and more anchored in who I want to be.

If youโ€™re carrying more than anyone knows, please hear me:
You donโ€™t have to stay overwhelmed.
Small steps can change everything.
And youโ€™re allowed to take them.

You deserve to breathe again.
You deserve to feel like you again.

And if you ever need support, tools, or a starting point, Iโ€™m right here.

Behind the Scenes: What I Actually Do Each Day in My Direct Sales Business

When people hear I work in direct sales, they often assume I just post on social media and wait for orders to roll in.
But the truth? Thereโ€™s a whole rhythm, purpose, and heart behind what I do and itโ€™s so much more than sharing pretty graphics or product photos.

So today, I wanted to pull back the curtain and show you a real look at what my day-to-day actually looks like in this business I love. Whether youโ€™re curious about what I do, considering a similar path, or just want to know how this kind of work fits into real life (especially mom life), this is for you.

๐Ÿ’Œ Building Relationships First

At the heart of everything I do is service. Iโ€™m not here to sell a product and disappear. Iโ€™m here to help people feel better, naturally and confidently.

That looks like:

  • Checking in with customers after they receive their orders
  • Recommending personalized product routines
  • Answering questions about ingredients, clean swaps, or how to use CBD safely
  • Sending thank-you messages and reminders so people know they are seen and supported

These little touches matter. They build trust. And they remind me daily that this business isnโ€™t about sales… itโ€™s about impact.

๐Ÿ“š Educating Myself to Better Serve Others

Every day, I carve out a little time to learn. That might mean listening to a podcast while folding laundry, diving into product education, or brushing up on ingredient research.

In the world of wellness, clean beauty, and natural solutions, thereโ€™s always something new to explore. And the more I learn, the better I can simplify it for others, especially other busy moms who donโ€™t have time to research every label or trend.

๐Ÿ“ฒ Creating Content That Matters

Yes, I post on social media, but itโ€™s not random. My content is rooted in what Iโ€™ve personally learned, used, and believe in.

Each week I create posts that:

  • Educate (think: CBD myths, ingredient swaps, wellness tips)
  • Inspire (real-life mom moments, freedom stories, encouragement)
  • Invite (sharing promotions, events, or how others can join me)

Itโ€™s never about pressure. Itโ€™s about offering value and helping someone take one step closer to living a cleaner, more empowered life.

๐Ÿง  Staying Consistent with Systems (Even as a Busy Mom)

Some days are chaos. Between homeschool, dishes, and unexpected meltdowns (from the kidsโ€ฆ or me ๐Ÿ˜‚), my business happens in the in-between moments.

Thatโ€™s why I lean on simple systems:
โœ”๏ธ Daily task lists
โœ”๏ธ Weekly planning sessions
โœ”๏ธ Dedicated work time
โœ”๏ธ Content batching when I can

These help me stay on track without burning out and give me space to still be fully present as a mom.

๐Ÿ’ฌ Engaging and Connecting

Social media is social. I donโ€™t just post and ghost. I genuinely connect with people. That looks like:

  • Replying to DMs and comments
  • Celebrating wins with customers and teammates
  • Answering wellness questions
  • Connecting with other like-minded mamas and women who value clean living

These conversations are what fuel me most because they remind me Iโ€™m not just talking into the void. Iโ€™m building community.

๐ŸŽ‰ Supporting My Team

One of my favorite parts of this business is locking arms with others who are building something meaningful too. I mentor others who are just getting started, lead team challenges, answer questions, and cheer people on every step of the way.

Seeing others find confidence, freedom, and success in this business *on their own terms* is one of the most rewarding things Iโ€™ve ever been part of.

This Business Fits Into My Life… Not the Other Way Around

What I love most is that this business doesnโ€™t require me to sacrifice my values, my family time, or my sanity.
Itโ€™s flexible, fulfilling, and allows me to work in alignment with my heart, on my own time, with my own voice.

If youโ€™ve ever wondered if you could do something like this: whether for the discount, the community, or the impact, Iโ€™d love to chat.
No pressure. Just an open door.

Because if I can do this in the messy middle of motherhood, you can too.

30 Days with the Lume Box: My Honest Experience with Red Light Therapy

A month ago, I added something new and a little out-of-the-box to my wellness routine… literally. I started using the Lume Box, a red light therapy device I had heard amazing things about. I wasnโ€™t totally sure what to expect, but I was curious. After all, Iโ€™m always looking for natural ways to support my energy, recovery, and overall wellness, especially in this season of life where Iโ€™m juggling motherhood, movement, business, and everything in between.

Now, after one month of consistent use, I can confidently say this little red box is here to stay.

What Is Red Light Therapy Anyway?

Before I dive into my results, letโ€™s talk basics. Red light therapy (also called low-level laser therapy or photobiomodulation) uses specific wavelengths of red and near-infrared light to stimulate cellular function. Itโ€™s backed by some impressive science and has been shown to support:

  • Faster muscle recovery
  • Reduced inflammation and joint pain
  • Increased energy at the cellular level
  • Better skin tone and texture
  • Improved sleep and mood

And the best part? Itโ€™s totally non-invasive and feels like a warm, gentle glow.

My Personal Results After One Month

Letโ€™s talk real-life results. Iโ€™ve been using the Lume Box about 10โ€“15 minutes per day, a few times a week, usually while reading or working on stuff for my business – super easy to fit into my routine.

Hereโ€™s what Iโ€™ve noticed:

โšก๏ธ More Energy

Even on busy, chaotic mom-life days (you know the ones), Iโ€™ve had noticeably more stamina and mental clarity. I no longer feel like Iโ€™m dragging by 3 p.m., which is a big win.

๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ Faster Recovery

Iโ€™ve been training hard lately, and I usually feel it in my legs and joints for days after races or workouts. This past month? Iโ€™ve bounced back faster than ever. Less soreness, less stiffness, and more readiness to go again.

โœจ Less Aches, More Flow

Thereโ€™s a fluidity in my body I didnโ€™t realize I was missing until it came back. The little creaks and aches that used to creep in after long days on my feet? Barely noticeable now.

Is It Worth It?

If you’re someone who moves your body often, struggles with energy dips, or just wants to feel better in your skin without adding another supplement or appointment to your life, this is a tool Iโ€™d recommend in a heartbeat.

Itโ€™s one of the simplest wellness upgrades Iโ€™ve made this year, and the payoff is huge.

PS: Want in?

I just got wind that thereโ€™s going to be a 4th of July sale on the Lume Box ๐ŸŽ‰ and if youโ€™ve been curious about trying it for yourself, this is the time to jump in.

Want the early details? Drop a ๐Ÿ”ด in the comments or send me a message and Iโ€™ll make sure youโ€™re the first to know.

Your wellness is worth the investment.

How My Husband Supports Stress & Sleep with Clean, Non-Toxic Tools

I used to think I was the only one in our house who needed a solid wellness routine to feel like myself, but the truth is, stress doesnโ€™t discriminate. My husband, like so many men, carries a lot on his shoulders. Between work, parenting, and everything in between, I started noticing signs that his stress and sleep needed just as much attention as mine.

So we decided to be intentional about giving him tools that actually support his well-being and do it in a clean, non-toxic way.

Hereโ€™s what that looks like in our home:

๐ŸŒฟ CBD to the Rescue

My husband was hesitant at first, but now heโ€™s the one reminding me when weโ€™re low on his jellies. CBD has become his go-to for stress and helping his mind shift out of โ€œfight or flightโ€ mode.

๐Ÿ˜Œ Unwind Jellies for Evenings

Some nights are harder than others, and when his brain just wonโ€™t shut off, heโ€™ll take an Unwind Jelly. These are formulated with natural calming botanicals and cannabinoids that help relax both mind and body.

Theyโ€™re clean, theyโ€™re effective, and he doesnโ€™t wake up groggy… just rested.

๐Ÿ’ค Sleep Hygiene That Works

Weโ€™ve also made some simple changes to his evening routine that make a huge difference:

  • Magnesium supplements after dinner to relax muscles and support deep sleep.
  • Blue light blockers in the evening to help his body produce melatonin naturally.
  • No caffeine – he switched to decaf coffee and it has been a game changer for him.
  • A cool, dark bedroom and a sound machine or fan to help his body settle into true rest.

๐Ÿ’ง Hydration + Functional Support

Stress affects hydration and energy levels, so weโ€™re intentional about getting in electrolytes during the day (without the junk ingredients). He also adds a scoop of clean collagen to his morning smoothies for joint, gut, and skin support, because men deserve that glow too ๐Ÿ˜‰

Why It Matters

Supporting stress and sleep isn’t just a “womenโ€™s wellness” thing. Men need it too. And itโ€™s powerful to see the difference when they have access to tools that actually work.

Clean, natural, non-toxic options arenโ€™t just for me, theyโ€™re for him too. And I love that our wellness routines donโ€™t have to look the same, but they can still align in the values we share: safe, effective, and intentional care.

If your partner is navigating stress or struggling to sleep well, consider introducing one or two of these clean swaps. You might be surprised how quickly they notice a difference… mine sure did.

My Go-To Tools for Winding Down at Night Naturally

Because we deserve to feel peace, not pressure, at the end of the day.

There was a time when my nights looked a lot like this:
Iโ€™d finally collapse into bed, physically drained, but somehow, my brain would go into overdrive. Iโ€™d be running through my to-do list, rethinking things I said (or didnโ€™t say), and mentally prepping for tomorrow before today had even ended.

Even though I was exhausted, true rest felt impossible.

Sound familiar?

Whether you’re a mom, a multitasker, or just someone trying to keep up with life, you know that the way we end our day matters. And over time, I realized that I couldnโ€™t keep hoping for rest. I had to create it.

Thatโ€™s when I started building a nighttime routine with natural tools that truly support my body and mind. These aren’t complicated or expensive. Theyโ€™re small, intentional habits that help signal to my nervous system: โ€œYouโ€™re safe. You can slow down now.โ€

So if youโ€™re looking to feel more peace and less panic in the evenings, here are my tried-and-true tools:

๐ŸŒฟ 1. Hemp (not pot) to Calm the Chaos

This one is non-negotiable for me now. A clean, full-spectrum CBD, THC, or CBG jelly in the evening has been a game-changer for my nervous system. It helps reduce that mental spiral so I can actually feel present and peaceful, whether Iโ€™m having quiet time alone or unwinding with my partner.

There are so many options out there, but not all CBD is created equal. I only use Green Compass because I trust their sourcing, their transparency, and the way their products actually work.

๐Ÿง˜๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ 2. Gentle Movement or Breathwork

If Iโ€™ve had a high-stress day (and letโ€™s be real, most days qualify), I take five minutes to stretch on the floor or do some box breathing. Sometimes I just lie with my legs up the wall and breathe deeply. Itโ€™s simple, but it signals to my body: “You’re not in fight or flight anymore.”

You don’t have to be a yogi to do this. Just dim the lights, roll out a mat or towel, and move in a way that feels good.

๐Ÿ“ฑ 3. No Screens After 9 PM

This oneโ€™s tough, especially when the kids are finally asleep and you just want to scroll. But Iโ€™ve noticed a huge difference in my ability to fall asleep when I cut off blue light exposure and social media noise at least an hour before bed.

Instead, I try to do something that helps my brain unplug rather than rev up again.

๐Ÿต 4. Magnesium-Rich Tea or Mocktail

I love making a cozy magnesium mocktail or sipping herbal tea with ingredients like chamomile, passionflower, or lemon balm. Not only is it soothing, but magnesium helps relax your muscles and regulate the stress hormone cortisol.

Itโ€™s like a warm, gentle โ€œexhaleโ€ in a cup.

๐Ÿ“– 5. A Few Pages of a Book

Reading (something light or inspiring!) helps me shift out of the busy world in my brain and into a slower rhythm. Just a few pages can create the perfect transition between wakefulness and rest. Bonus: It makes my dreams way more interesting than if I had just scrolled reels before bed ๐Ÿ˜†

Iโ€™m not saying every night is perfect. Some nights still involve toddler wakeups, late-night dishes, or staying up too late talking with my husband. But having this toolbox has absolutely changed the way I experience my evenings.

I donโ€™t just collapse into bed anymore… I wind down intentionally.
And I fall asleep with more peace, fewer spirals, and a body that knows itโ€™s safe to rest.

If youโ€™re stuck in the cycle of going to bed exhausted but wired, try adding just one of these tools into your routine tonight. Then build from there.

You deserve a nighttime routine that supports you.

Tell me – what helps you wind down naturally? Iโ€™d love to add your ideas to my list!

Why Functional Mushrooms + Mind Bloom Are a Brain + Energy Game-Changer ๐Ÿ„๐Ÿง ๐ŸŒฟ

If youโ€™ve been feeling mentally scattered, low on energy, or like you just canโ€™t get into a good rhythm lately โ€” youโ€™re not alone. Between parenting, working, managing a household, and just trying to function, our brains are carrying a lot. And sometimes, coffee just doesnโ€™t cut it (or makes it worse ๐Ÿ˜…).

Thatโ€™s where functional mushrooms come in โ€” and why I never skip my daily dose of Mind Bloom.

So, what are functional mushrooms?

Unlike the button mushrooms you throw in a stir fry, functional mushrooms are powerhouse fungi used for centuries in Eastern medicine for their ability to support the body in specific, targeted ways โ€” especially the brain and immune system. They’re known as “adaptogens,” which means they help the body adapt to stress and restore balance.

Mind Bloom combines some of the most well-researched and powerful mushrooms in one easy, delicious daily dose.

Hereโ€™s whatโ€™s inside:

๐Ÿ„ Lionโ€™s Mane โ€“ The Brain Booster

Lionโ€™s Mane is known as natureโ€™s nootropic. It supports memory, learning, and cognitive function by stimulating the growth of brain cells and protecting against mental decline. If youโ€™ve ever struggled with brain fog or forgetfulness (hello, mom brain!), Lionโ€™s Mane is your new best friend.

โšก Cordyceps โ€“ The Natural Energizer

Cordyceps supports physical stamina, oxygen uptake, and ATP production (your bodyโ€™s natural energy currency). Unlike caffeine, it doesnโ€™t give you the jitters or lead to a crash. Itโ€™s a steady, clean energy source that helps you power through your day โ€” whether youโ€™re chasing kids, crushing workouts, or running a business.

๐ŸŒฟ Sage โ€“ The Calm Focus Herb

Sage is often overlooked, but itโ€™s incredible for mental clarity and reducing mental fatigue. It also supports a sense of calm โ€” something we all need more of in our overstimulated lives. This addition helps balance out the energizing effects of Cordyceps, making Mind Bloom a beautifully centered experience.

Why I personally love Mind Bloom ๐Ÿ’š

As a mom, business owner, and wellness advocate, Iโ€™m always looking for clean, effective ways to support my brain and body. I donโ€™t want quick fixes. I want sustainable solutions that come from nature โ€” not synthetic stimulants.

I take Mind Bloom daily as part of my afternoon routine, and I can feel the difference in my focus, productivity, and mood. Itโ€™s become a non-negotiable part of my wellness toolbox.

And the best part? I know Iโ€™m getting the cleanest, highest-quality ingredients โ€” with no fillers, sugars, or mystery additives.

Who is this for?

  • Moms who feel like their brain never stops but their energy canโ€™t keep up
  • Entrepreneurs who need focus without the caffeine crash
  • Anyone navigating brain fog, fatigue, or burnout
  • People wanting to support their brain health long-term, naturally

If youโ€™ve been curious about functional mushrooms or looking for a natural brain + energy boost, I highly recommend giving Mind Bloom a try. ๐ŸŒฟ๐Ÿ„

I Yelled Today. Then I Cried. Then I Hugged Them Tighter.

img_4976

Mom confession:
I yelled today.
Then I cried.
Then I hugged them tighter.

It wasnโ€™t the moment I wanted.
It wasnโ€™t the version of me Iโ€™m proud of.
But it was real.

Motherhood has a way of holding both the most beautiful and the most overwhelming moments in the exact same day. Sometimes the same hour.

I lost my patience over something smallโ€”maybe it was the constant noise, the spilled juice, the backtalk, the mess I cleaned for the fifth time. But it wasnโ€™t just that moment. It was the mental load Iโ€™d been carrying all day. All week. Maybe longer.

And once again, I found myself in that place of frustration…
where the tears come right after the yelling.
The guilt creeps in fast.
The shame whispers, โ€œYou should be better at this.โ€

But hereโ€™s what Iโ€™m reminding myself of:

We are human.
We are growing.
And our kids are learning through our imperfections, not in spite of them.

So I apologized.
I hugged them.
I started over.

And then, I took a moment for me.

Because Iโ€™ve learned that when I donโ€™t pour into myself, I pour out stress.

Iโ€™ve had to get really honest about how Iโ€™m supporting my nervous system. And not just with bubble baths or locking myself in the bathroom for five minutes (although letโ€™s be honest… Iโ€™ve done that too ๐Ÿ™ƒ).

Iโ€™ve started building in daily rhythms that help me feel more groundedโ€”especially on the hard days. Things like:

  • Taking my CBD regularly to support a calm mood
  • Sipping adaptogenic mushroom tea to help manage stress
  • Saying yes to hydration and no to perfection
  • Getting outside, even if itโ€™s just for 10 minutes
  • Checking in with my breath before I check my phone

These small things donโ€™t erase the chaos. But they help me show up better in it.
And on the days I still lose my cool?
I come back to grace. Again and again.

If youโ€™ve ever had a moment like mineโ€”where you yelled, then cried, then hugged tighterโ€”I see you. Youโ€™re not alone.

Youโ€™re not failing.
Youโ€™re just a mom who cares deeply.
And caring is exhausting sometimes.

Give yourself a little more compassion today.
And if you’re looking for natural ways to support your stress and show up with more calm and clarityโ€”Iโ€™d love to share whatโ€™s helped me. ๐Ÿ’›

From Survival Mode to True Calm: My Journey with Nano Jellies

For the longest time, I didnโ€™t realize how much of my life I was spending in a constant state of fight or flight. I was always anxious, overwhelmed, and totally exhaustedโ€”but I thought that was just how life was supposed to feel with small children. I had normalized the chaos in my body and mind, brushing off the symptoms because they were so consistent that they felt normal.

Every little thing set me offโ€”tight deadlines, noisy kids, unexpected plans, even just the overwhelm of a busy to-do list. My heart would race, my thoughts would spiral, and my body felt tense all the time. I was stuck on high alert, living in survival mode without even realizing it.

Then something shifted.

I discovered nano jelliesโ€”and while I didnโ€™t expect a huge change at first, I can now confidently say that they were a complete game-changer for my nervous system. These tiny but mighty wellness tools helped me regulate in a way I didnโ€™t even know I needed. For the first time in a long time, my mind felt clear. My anxious thoughts quieted. My body relaxed. I wasnโ€™t just coping anymoreโ€”I was healing.

It was like my whole system finally exhaled.

Now, I feel like I can respond to life instead of constantly reacting to it. Iโ€™m not as quick to snap, spiral, or shut down. Thereโ€™s a new sense of calm and control thatโ€™s become my new normal, and itโ€™s something I never want to live without again. Itโ€™s not about being stress-free (because, letโ€™s be honest, life is still life), but about having tools that support my body and mind so I can navigate the hard moments with more grace and peace.

If youโ€™ve been living in that anxious, go-go-go state tooโ€”please know that it doesnโ€™t have to be that way. There is a better way to feel. You can feel safe in your body again. You can find your calm. And I would love to share more with you if youโ€™re curious.

You donโ€™t have to do this alone. Letโ€™s talk. โค๏ธ
