I used to think I was the only one in our house who needed a solid wellness routine to feel like myself, but the truth is, stress doesnโt discriminate. My husband, like so many men, carries a lot on his shoulders. Between work, parenting, and everything in between, I started noticing signs that his stress and sleep needed just as much attention as mine.
So we decided to be intentional about giving him tools that actually support his well-being and do it in a clean, non-toxic way.
